Cibo Delizioso is the realization of a dream for proprietor, Debra Nicola, and the continuation of her family legacy - one that began in her family’s bakery in Santa Croce Benevento, Italy. For more than 100 years, her family has been sharing their love of Italian food, and today, the tradition continues. Neighbors, friends and family have long enjoyed the centuries old recipes for things like traditional ricotta cheesecake and now, you can too.
Debra bakes every delicious cheesecake and prepares every catered dish with the care and attention she would for her own family meals. From her kitchen to your table, you can be sure that you’re getting the freshest local ingredients in anything you try.

If you’ve never had a real Italian ricotta cheesecake, you don’t know what you’re missing. Most folks have tried the typical New York style cheesecakes made with cream cheese. They are good, but texturally, they can get heavy and be very rich.
Our traditional ricotta cheesecakes are made with the finest, freshest ingredients and are so light you can even have them for breakfast. They go great with coffee or tea, and they really sing with Prosecco!
All of our cheesecakes and cheesecake bites are available in original recipe or we also offer a delicious gluten-free version.
